02 — The opportunity

AI has run out of things to learn from. Except you.

AI has already read everything public: the whole internet, every book, every forum. That well is dry. What it still cannot learn from any of it is how a real business actually thinks: how your team weighs a situation, decides what to do, and carries it out. That knowledge only exists inside working companies like yours. So AI companies now license it, and they pay real money for it.

They want to learn how your business thinks.

AI companies pay for three things only a working company can provide:

Your decision-making.

Not the numbers on the invoice. The reasoning behind what your team chose to do about it, and why. That is what AI cannot get anywhere else.

Your business processes.

The way your company handles a quote, a complaint, a late payment, a new hire. Your playbook, as it actually runs day to day.

How your people think.

The judgment calls, the trade-offs, the experience your team applies without thinking twice. Years of it, from one real business, teaches AI something no textbook can.

03 — What it’s worth to you

Why should you care? Because it’s operating cash you don’t pay back.

A loan costs you every month. This is one payment for records you already own. No interest, no repayment, no dilution.

04 — What they license

What data do they actually license?

The everyday working records your business already produces, in the platforms you already use. Emails, chats, shared drives, tickets and invoices, going back years. You don’t export anything yourself. We handle it with your office manager.

05 — Already happening

Fortune 500 companies have been doing this for years.

06 — Sounds scary. It’s not.

Sounds scary. It’s not.

This has nothing to do with your personal data, your customers or your numbers. They don’t want that, and none of it leaves. Here is what actually happens to the data before anyone sees it.

No personal data

Names, emails, phone numbers and addresses are swapped for realistic fakes before anything is delivered. A person checks every record.

No customer data

Your client list, their accounts and anything that identifies who you work with is removed or replaced. Nobody can tell who your customers are.

No sales data

Prices, margins, invoice totals and revenue figures are shifted or taken out. Your numbers cannot be reconstructed from the copy.

No access to your systems

Nothing is installed and nothing is connected. Your office manager exports a copy; your logins, your files and your originals never leave the building.

07 — What they are actually after

Instead, they want to understand how your business thinks.

No customer records or sales data. Just the reasons behind why your company does what it does. Four real calls, from four real businesses.

12 — FAQ

Questions owners ask

Short answers. No jargon.

Do we lose ownership of our records?

No. You license a copy and keep the originals. Nothing is deleted, moved or locked, and your agreement says so.

Could our clients’ information leak?

Client names, dollar amounts and identifying details are replaced before delivery, and a person reviews the result. Your agreement lists what can and cannot be shared.

Do we have to change how we work?

No. Your office manager spends a few hours helping with the export. That is the whole commitment.

Who pays, and when?

AI companies pay. You are paid within 30 days of the buyer accepting delivery, about 60 days after you apply.

How long does it take?

About 60 days from first call to payout. You get a first indicative value within 48 hours.

What if we say no?

Then nothing happens. The estimate and the written offer are free, and you can walk away at any point before signing.

Why would an AI company pay for our records?

AI models learn from real examples of how work actually gets done. Generic internet text is tapped out. Your quotes, job notes and follow-ups show how a real business makes decisions, and that is hard to find.

Is this legal?

Yes. Your records are your property, and you are licensing a scrubbed copy the same way you would license any other asset you own. The agreement is written by lawyers, and nothing identifying leaves your office.

What kind of records count?

Emails, quotes, invoices, job notes, CRM entries, call logs, checklists and SOPs. Anything that shows how your business handles a job from first contact to final payment.

Our records are a mess. Does that matter?

No. Messy is normal, and we do the sorting. Your side is a few hours of export help from whoever knows where things are kept.

How is the price decided?

Mostly by how many years you have, how many records, and how rare your industry is to buyers. You get a first estimate within 48 hours and a written offer before you commit to anything.

Is this a one-time payment or ongoing?

One-time, for the records that already exist. Some buyers come back for a yearly update. That is a separate offer and entirely your call.

Do our clients or staff need to be told?

No one is contacted. Names, amounts and identifying details are removed before anything is delivered, so there is nothing to tell.

What is the catch?

There is not one. Buyers have been doing this quietly with large companies for years. Small businesses were left out because nobody was handling the paperwork for them. That is what we do.
